Season Begins Tuesday, November 29, 2011 and Ends June 1, 2012
~~PAYMENT SCHEDULE~~ Payment Due Upon Team Selection: $250 (Non-Refundable UNLESS a new player is available to fill the spot on that team) Second Payment Due: January 15, 2012 Third Payment Due: February 12, 2012 Final Payment Due: March 11, 2012 (BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN ORDER FOR PLAYER TO PARTICIPATE IN FIRST TOURNAMENT) Any outstanding balances that are not paid will be forwarded to Collection Attorney. We will also report outstanding balances to NERVA, where that player will be placed on the Program Hopper List. This list is provided to all New England volleyball clubs. The player will not be able to play for ANY New England Club until payment is paid to their original club. |

Equipment: Two Jerseys; Two Spandex, Travel Bag or Backpack, Team T-Shirt, Warm Up Jacket/Pants(New Player)
(All silk screening and/or embroidery is included); Discounted Sneakers Available
Winterfest Tournament—Hartford, Connecticut/ Entry Fee Included (Travel/Hotel Not Included)
College Showcase (Friday, January 13)—OPTIONAL--$65 and
Hotel/Travel Not Included This event is open for 9th through 12th graders (Ask Coach B for
more information) (Hotel arrangements for this event will be made for players/families
through the Hotel Reservation Online Service) Tournament (Saturday, January 14 –Monday, January 16)
Entry Fee: $650 per team/divided among team players equally--
Included in Tuition HOTEL: NOT INCLUDED IN TUITION
Two or Three Night Stay (Total nights depends upon what time we play
on Saturday either AM or PM wave) Each Participating Program is required to use the Hotel Online

Friday Night stay over is encouraged /Will Be Determined when we know if we play in either AM or PM wave
